About Us

Welcome To Every Woman. All Things.

Every Woman. All Things. is a revolutionary campaign, created by The Association of Junior Leagues International, to restore balance, reclaim well-being, and reimagine life where role strain, role conflict, and burnout are no longer the cost of being everything to everyone. We are building a future where women’s lives are manageable, joyful, and full of possibility.

Every Woman. All Things is more than a reflection of how women show up in the world — it’s a call to rethink a culture that has normalized burnout, role strain, and the quiet, constant pressure to do it all.

But here’s the truth: women shouldn’t have to carry the weight of the world alone. And we won’t.

Our Mission.

Raise Awareness

Illuminate the often-overlooked struggles that women endure daily.

Foster Community

Create a supportive network where women can share experiences and resources.

Advocate for Change

Champion policies and practices that alleviate the burdens placed on women.

Research & Statistics.

Decades of research and feedback from women have shown that we are often the primary caregivers in and outside our households. We care for aging family members, handle household matters and volunteer to make our communities better. Oftentimes, this can be overwhelming and can present as women being overloaded. We, as a women’s organization, want to help make women’s lives easier and to help women master the juggle through awareness campaigns, advocacy efforts, and cultural change.

Mental Health

Women are twice as likely to experience depression, PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder in their lifetimes compared to men.

Risk Factors

Women disproportionately experience risk factors for common mental disorders as compared to men.

Caregivers

65% of caregivers are women; female caregivers spend as much as 50% more time providing care than male caregivers.

Household Responsibilities

A 2023 Bureau of Labor and Statistics report revealed that 60% of women do the majority of household chores, but 74% of men think that they do the most or that they do an equal amount.
